Hi Scrathcyboy
I have One Farm scattered all over the Globe with 5 Zones.
U r advise abt creating Different Database in each zone is good enough , but i want to know how do i Configure the Servers in each Zone to be the RM Server?
If u can give me the Steps , it would be great and hightly apprecialble..

Specific to your question -- it depends on the topology (layout and size) of the farm. If they are all on one local network, and there are no more than 250 terminals, you should go with a single database.
If your farm is spread across many servers and different locations, and connections are done across the internet or by VPN, you should keep a separate database for each group of servers in each location, as well as limiting the number of clients in each database. Then you will need to intergrate them all.
