NTDETECT Failed and INF File txtsetup.sif is missing?

This happens when I install either Standard 2003 or Enterprise 2003 over my Windows 2003 OS after booting to it.

I've tried both the Enterprise Server 2003 (burned copy) and Standard Edition CD(original) The following is happening; Enterprise copy; INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 1024 setup cannot continue.  With the Standard Server 2003 CD I'm getting; NTDETECT FAILED.

Does anyone know what I need to do? I know the CD's are good one of them is the original gold copy. Could this be that the OS already installed has something to do with not allowing it to be over written until formatted?Start Free Trial
