Two recipients are configured with the same e-mail address

Hi

We are experiencing a problem with one of our users and sending/recieving emails.  The problem user can send emails to any address and recieving mails from any emails address we have tried except one, were the sender get an error of the following.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
      Sent:                 01/03/2007 11:30
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
      Oliver.V on 01/03/2007 11:30
            A configuration error in the recipient's e-mail system prevented delivery of this message.  Two recipients are configured with the same e-mail address.  Contact your administrator.

The users email address our end is 'oliver.v@haygarth.co.uk' and most email come though to him except from a certain domain.  The users from the domain can send emails to all other user in our company except to 'oliver.v' which gives the above error message.
