hi Singnetsvc the only choice is as waht netman says is to ask the users is to share their own calender and ask other users and then ask them to open the share calender in their outlook for them to see other user canlender. &nbsp;but i think it is a tediois work as you need to make sure all the user calender are there. which taked a lot of time. i think you should follow the KCTS like creating a public folder and have access given to all the users.<br />
