Can I import users into Active Directory using a CSV file?

I'm in the process of building our new Windows 2003 Active Directory domain from scratch. We have 70 employees in my company. Instead of me creating all 70 user accounts by hand is there some way for me to import these accounts using a CSV file? If so how would I setup this CSV file?Start Free Trial
