The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? FSMOCheck Failed - GC_SERVER_REQUIRED error 1355

Hi

I had my PDC fall over recently. I rebuilt it, transferred all the FSMO roles to the BDC and then seized them back but now i am getting the following errors in DCDiag:
