Internet Explorer Problem When Logged onto Domain

Hi,

I have a slight problem with internet explorer when a user is logged onto the domain.

When the user attempts to enter a username and password on a secure page and presses logon, internet explorer does not redirect to login and show the page. I know its not the internet as if i logon as an administrator on the domain and attempt exactly the same thing, it works. I do have group policys on the users group. Have I set something slightly wrong?

It is a remote website, ancestryinstitution.com, seems strange it should work as a user with no restrictions and then will not work for a user with restrictions?!

Hello,
This sounds like a folder permission issue on your web server.
Do these users have access to the folder?
Are you running IIS ?

Hi Guys,

Dont know why this should of happened but it appeared that as it was a new user and the forst time i logged on was on citrix PS. I deleted the profile from the server and all PCs and then logged on as the user on a PC and there were no problems at all.
