I am getting \\domain\NameSpace is not accessible

Hi,

I have a domain name xyz.com, I configured a namespace on three servers (domain controller, site domain controller and a file server), each of these servers is running DFS service as well as netlogon service.
When I try from a domain admin account to access the DFS name space to get access to the files (\\xyz.com\folder) it works great.
But when I try to do that from any user account I am getting the following:

\\xyz.com\folder is not acessible. you might not have permission to user this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The network name cannot be found.
If I try to \\server\sharedfolder it works from any account!!! What I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
