Roaming Profiles - Problem

We're attempting to setup roaming profiles for a 20 person satellite office.  We have about 5 people setup so far, but one thing we are seeing is that all 5 user's profiles are being synched to all machines.   They can only access their profile due to permissions set, but it's obviously taking forever to sync/logon and will get worse as we convert more people to roaming.
