ADSIEdit can help you too. Fill the fields in the standard Active Directory GUI. Then, open adsiedit.msc (if you cant, install Support Tools from your Windows 2003 CD or download it from microsoft). Expand Domains and your domain name. There you can navigate in the AD structure and see the real fields and the hidden ones. Pick some user, open its properties. In the Attribute Editor tab, you can see all the fields. Check for those you have filled using the regular GUI.
