How can I create user id with details given in excell sheet

Hi,
I am about to deploy Active Directory in a new location of 150 users. I have the user details with me in an excell file.

I am looking for a procedure through which i can create all the login id automatically.

The easiest way to combine it with Excel data is to use VBA from within Excel, but this depends on you running Excel with administrative privileges.
