Hex to SID translation tool

Hello,

Does anyone have or know of a link for a Hex to SID transaltion tool. I am attempting to transalte the Object SID (which is in Hex) that I see in ADSI edit for Groups in the Built-in Container in AD. I need to get the value of this Hex Object SID  to SID format.......(S-1-5-21-1578227863-1338932026-2854856174-3748 is an example. )    Thanks for the assitance and 500 points as this is hot for me!
