"Extra Registry Settings" in GPO object

Asked by RKoons in Active Directory, Windows 2003 Server

I have been reviewing the available articles on this issue and I have found several that are similar, but they are either different enough, or, never compleated, so...

Setting up new GPO for IE7 prior to deployment with WSUS t5o domain (Win03 Domain). Finished going throught all of the settings and checked the settings report to assure myself that the needed issues were being addressed. At first there were several items under "Extra Registry Settings" in both user and computer.

Then I found the article about renaming the original inetres.adm file and copying in the correct one, which I did!

This corrected most of the issues reguarding items showing up under "Extra Registry Settings" except for the attached items under "Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates"

This is where my knowledge, and the articles I could find, ended.

So...

1. Is this something I need to worry about? This question is based upon the assumption that this is just a reflection of the systems ability to generate a report, but I don't know if this also effects actual GPO application to systems.

How can I correct this if it is a problem?
