Configuring a trust relationship between two Windows 2003 domains

I have a site-to-site VPN setup on my SonicWall between two Windows 2003 domains. I would like to setup a two-way trust between the domains. How should DNS and WINS be configured between both sites? Do I need to setup forwarders in DNS, add a secondary zone? And what about WINS? Should I set them up as replication partners? Can someone outline the proper steps?
