I am currently replacing my 2000 DC's with 2003 R2 DC's. I successfully ran ADPREP for the forest and domain. Yes, I used the util on the second disk. I promoted my first 2003 R2 to a DC, but I am getting the following when I run a DCDIAG (DC2000_1 and DC2000_2 are my 2000 DC's and DC2003 is the new 2003 R2 DC these are not their actual names, the names have been change to protect the innocent):

I have been looking at as many possibilities to no avail. BTW, the 2000 DC's are only about a month behind on updates.
