Upgrade Windows 2000 domain to 2003 domain

I currently have a one Windows 2000 domain controller.

We just purchased a new server and have 2003 R2 installed and would like to make that the primary DC.

Are there any helpful links out there that shows the procedures on how to add this server as a secondary DC and migrate the roles over to a primary?  What about preparing AD for the new 2003 hooks?
