Server 2008 to join Server 2003 R2 Domain

Asked by dsl77 in Active Directory, Exchange Email Server

Tags: microsoft, server, 2008

Hi Experts,

My current domain is build around 2003 R2 Servers (x86). We would like to test Server 2008 (x64) and Exchange 2007 SP1 (x64) and for this we need to
join the current domain. The idea is to have the Exchange 2007 run along side our current Exchange 2003.

What preparations/precautions should I take into consideration?

Hopefully straight forward ;)

Thanks in advance
/David
