Wireless network connection grayed out

I have an XP Pro computer that I just put on as a domain user for Windows server 2003.  

When I go to wireless network connection on the XP computer it's grayed out.  

Is there a way to make this active through some kind of group policy setting in Windows Server 2003?Start Free Trial
