netdiag /fix shows Failed to enumerate DCs by using the browser: ERROR_NO_BROWSER_SERVERS_FOUND

I have three DCs in my domain, all of which were doing DHCP, DNS, and AD. I removed DHCP and DNS from server1 and now no one in my domain can browse the network through My Network -> Microsoft Windows Network. A netdiag /fix on the machine I removed the roles on shows returns the following:

Failed to enumerate DCs by using the browser: ERROR_NO_BROWSER_SERVERS_FOUND
