I removed myself from the domain Administrators group and now things won't execute on my mapped drives.

Typical 2003 R2 DC servers that have files shared. Our workstations are on the same domain.  DHCP gives me and all users same DNS, etc...  and the logon.vbs attaches printers/drives/etc for all.  I get the drives and printers no problem.  I can get to mapped network drives, open some things, but others like .exe files will not execute and error popup is about permissions.  I am in all same permission groups as other standard users but I cannot open .exe or other files like .mdb via the naming path of \\server\share\something.exe.  I can, however, open the same file via the IP as \\192.168.200.55\share\something.exe.   I was in the domain Administrators group when I first setup the domain, and after I was done, I removed myself and this started happening.  Any ideas?Start Free Trial
