Renaming windows 2003 Domain Controller with roles in Win2k3 Domain

Hi,

I have a win2k3 domain with 2 win2k3 sp2 domain controllers.
DC1 has the AD fsmo+global catalog roles, DHCPserver, DNSserver + exch2k7
DC2 has the role from instrastructure master, is also DHCP+DNSserver+PPTP routing/remote access server.

Now, I want to rename the name of the DC2 server .

Can i do this without problems, using the netdom command ?
