I need some assistance with possible non functioning ACL or Active Directory issue?

I have a database that runs on my SBS 2003 SPK4 server. It also has Active Directory installed.
I have a 2003 Standard SPK1 that is used as a Term server for out of state sales staff.
I have created new users that when they log in with RDP to the Term Server and try and launch the exe for the database they are denied permission.

Let me get to the meat of the issue. I have copied permissions and profiles from users that can launch the database to the user profiles that cannot. I have also make users that cannot.. admin in active directory... and they are still denied access.
I can browse the mapped drive and read, write any files to the folder that the .exe resides in.. For some reason these user profiles cannot launch the shortcut. I have given all admin rights to test and still no success.... could this be a problem with active directory, I am at a loss?  Thanks for any help. Start Free Trial
