Group memberships when Computer is joined on Domain

Asked by Tonie16 in Active Directory, Windows 2003 Server

When a new Computer is joined to the Domain, automatically the (Domain)\Domain Admins group is added to the Computers Local admin group.
Where can I modify this this property?

I do not want to create a GPO, with the Restricted Groups function, as this will overwrite any current local pc's setup.
