Bulk update of the "IP Phone" field

Hi.

I need to populate all my users' "IP Phone" field in AD, using a subset of their "Telephone" field.

Telephone field is in the format: ABCD (+1 XXX YYY ABCD)
IP Phone field should be in the format: ABCD

Is there any way of doing this without having to script it, or can someone help in making a script for this?
