Re-Deploy a modifed .mst file from a group policy

I deployed Office 2003 (minus Outlook) via a computer software installation.  I then deployed Outlook 2003 via a use software installation.  Outlook was deployed for several users.  Now I have created a .prf file to specify the server and mailbox and where the archive folder should be located. I also modified my .mst file to include a retention policy.  If Outlook has not been deployed on a computer for a specified user it picks up the changes fine.  However, if the user had outlook installed prior to my .mst modification it does not pick up the new setting.  I have tried removing Outlook and I have tried re-deploying but neither has had an effect.  The Outlook settings just stay the same as they where on the initial install.  How do I get the previous install of Outlook to pick up the changed I made to .mst file?Start Free Trial
