Would like to prevent named .exe files executing upon startup on certain PCs via GPO

I have been worknig to reduce the amount of images my company uses from about 30 to just one and use GPO to install software. I have one image that spans 2 different PC models and 1 laptop. The porblem is that the laptop has a wireless card and so the image even when put onto PCs tries the load the Intel Wireless software. I would like to prevent this happening via a Computer Configuration GPO. I dont want to do it as a user setting as the user may at some point use a laptop. Does anyone know the GPO setting i can use to restrict ifrmewrk.exe via GPO?
