Dial-in tab is missing after registering acctinfo2.dll

The Additional Account Info V2 tab seems to replace the Dial-in tab with this fix.  Re-registered the Dial-in tab and Additional Account Info V2 goes missing.  Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get both to work?
