Replication Error

I recently set my Forest level to 2003, it was at 2000. Now when I try to manually replicate my DC's through Sites and Services, i get a "destination is rejecting replication requests"  or "Target is rejecting replication requests". THis worked fine before swithcing the forest level.  I havStart Free Trial
