Are there issues if I remove DCs that host the FSMO roles from my domain temporarily and some DCs remain active??

Let me describe my environment:

2 AD sites (Site A and Site B)
1 root domain (Root domain)
1 production domain (Production domain)

Site A
2 root DCs (FSMO roles)
2 production DCs (FSMO roles)

Site B
2 root DCs
1 production DC

Site A is getting ready to undergo a planned power outage no longer than 24hrs. Thus, The DCs that host the FSMO roles for the forest will be temporarily unavailable for this time. The DCs will remain online. Will there be any issues in this scenario when the DCs in Site A come back online? Has someone out there been through this before? If so, what are the recommendations? I know that the DCs will not be tombstoned since it takes approx. 60 days for this. I'm just not sure about possible replications issues especially since the FSMO roles will be off.
