Default Profil get not loaded everytime!?

Hello everybody,

I have a strange problem. I made with my administrator account a default profile copy it to "\\servername\SYSVOL\domainenname\scripts\Default User". Logged off and logged in as one of the users. And he gets the default profile loaded. I log in as another user from the same organisational unit and he dont gets the default profile.

What can I check?
