User getting locked out account message, server does not show a lock out

I had a user on saturday who tried logging in but was getting a locked out error. he contacted me and when i looked at the server the account was not locked out. He was able to log in no problem a few hours later when he tried again.

Now this morning I have another user who claimed he was locked out but the server doe snot show his account as locked.
