I have a windows xp computer that will not rejoin the domain.

It started with errors like this:
windows cannot connect to the domain, either becasue the domain controller id down or otherwise unavailable, or becasue your computer account was not found. Please try again later. If this message contiues to appear, contact your system administrator for assistance.

I naturally tried to rejoin to the domain, create new computer objects in AD.
I can log in to the domain or so I think as an admin then I get the error no networks located, how did I log in to the system then with Network selected as the domain.

this has grown bery frustrating. Is it possible to delete the user in AD without her losing her mail? and IMAP folder structure? I am not sure what is goign on. In my offcie I could join the computer to the domain, in her office i have no connectivity. This PC is on a small office switch with her macintosh, the mac gets onlien just ifne, even when I plug directly in the wall the computer cant get online?
