reset passwords for multiple users at the same time in active directory?

Open up AD on a DC. Open up the OU you want. Right click on the user account. Click 'reset password'.

This works great for single users. However, for security reasons we need to reset 150 accounts to the same password with the flag set that forces them to change it upon login. If I highlight multiple users, I lose the ability to reset their password. We have 20+ OU's and you can imagine how annoying it will have to be to go one by one.
