Using Kerberos for creating user aliases in AD

Hi,

We are looking for a possibility that a new user created in AD would use same password as another account in AD but have its own identify in AD i.e. something like alias. For example, if i have a regular account in AD and i am going to create secondary login for me for a special purpose say database login, then i would like to create second login in AD but the password for this second login is same as my regular account. Is this something using Kerberos or any other means?
