Extract Usernames from Active Directory and Match them to Excel Spreadsheet

I have over 5000 users in my active directory. I have a spreadsheet that has only 300 users. The spreadsheet shows only their usernames (FirstinitialLastname; ex. JDoe). I want to be able to get their full First Name and Last Name from active directory and match it up with just the users on my spreadsheet.
