How to share a folder so there is no need for a password.

All my servers are part of my domain except for one, I need to give users access to a share on the one server that is not part of the domain, I need this share so users dont have to enter in credentials, just open to whoever wants to access it. SInce all my users are part of the domain and the server is not, I am not sure how to do this.

Ultimate goal, type in \\server\share and be taken directly to the share. Currently am being prompted for username password.
