Accidentally deleted domain users - how to recover from second dc that has not replicated the deletion

Asked by CaptainAhab in Active Directory, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2008

I hope there is a way to recover:
I did not know what I was doing and deleted some user mailboxes on the exchange server which in consequence deleted those AD user objects. The changes did not get replicated to all DCs yet and I managed to disconnect a machine (win2k dc) that still holds all account information.

Please tell me if I can somehow force a replication / export/import of only those user objects to the other DC (win2008).

Setting up a new dc to replicate from the old one is not an option as the 2008 DC already has been treated by the exchange 2007 setup - this information is not present on the 2000 DC.
