Add printers for all users on PC

I have 5 PCs where there may be users changed on a regular basis.
The 'Default User' takes care of nearly all the settings, bar printers. Is there a way to copy the printers from one of the exiting users into the Default User for that PC? Or some other way, so that printers don't have to be setup each time a user is added?
