Hi,
Hard to answer objectively, so I'll just rely on my experience. Our group uses TrendMicro ServerProtect. It has worked flawlessly on our server farm (more than 500 servers, W2K / W2K3 with AD). It's quite easy to set up and maintain, and we experienced no significant attacks for the last 2 years.
However, the best antivirus in the world won't replace a carefully thought security policy, the antivirus is just a part of it... ;o)
Hope this helps
Cheers
