possible issues when running Windows server 2000 Active Directory and Windows server 2003 with active directory on same network

My network is all Windows Server 2000 based with Active Directory running on the DC.  All workstations are all XP.

However a new product that we require can only run on Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory support.  

What issues am I likely to face if i purchase a Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory support and add it to our domain / network ?Start Free Trial
