Granting File Access Permission to a Service

Computer "A" has a Shared Folder containing Data Files
Computer "B" has a Database Engine running as a Windows Service.
How do I grant file access permissions to the Service?

If I were not running as Service I could grant permission to User on Computer "B" but I prefer to run database engine as Service since it handled data requests for other computers as well.
