My solution should work.....i don't understand why it must be deleted?

We have a secondary logon that runs on some computers. Currently we have group policy set to run the secondary logon program. However sometimes there is a lag in the Secondary logon program running and during that time users can access the desktop and/or explorer. &nbsp;Is there any way to lockout the desktop temporarily until the Secondary logon program has started?
