I have a few issues that I have tried to fix using a NEW GPO.
some computer have a defined local policy with an internet explore proxy.
Some computer had ISA 2004 client install but since removed and left behind bread crumbs.
Some as autoconfiguration info and automatically detent settings.
When I tried to create a new policy I could not leave these fields blank and create a new policy.
I could create a new policy to over write local policy if I had something to add. But I do not have anything
to add I just want to clear all settings from IE.
summary.

1)clear local policy or overwrite
2) clear all breadcrumbs
3) remove auto detect settings as it's slowing down the network when IE in opened.
