Hmm, not seen this before but a quick answer/thought to perhaps steer in the right direction would be to see if they have any Outlook connections to SharePoint lists (Contacts, Calendars, etc.) and perhaps they have an 'auto password storage/entry' tool installed that is repeatedly trying to log them in.<br />
Just a thought.<br />
