Can anyone tell me the best way to find the rate of change occuring for user objects within Active Directory. One thought I had was to use a query tool such as adfind and query all user objects with uSNChange numbers. My issue is I can't seem to figure out the query for uSNChange for Active Directory. So far my query looks like the code below:
Can someone tell me how to add the uSNChange to my query? Ohter approaches would be welcome as well. Thanks.

In case you wanted to use PowerShell with Quest cmdlets, you can use something like this.
