In one of the articles I looked at, there was a section talking about exchange server not to be installed on the same server.
I have exchange 2003 on this domain controller as well
I will need to upgrade to exchange 2007 at the same time.
Any initial thoughts that I should look at?
Once the active directory is running on the server 2008 and if all is well.
Can I just install exchange 2007 then import the mailboxes from 2003?
If there is any specific recommandations for exchange migration please let me know.
I thank you, for the help.

My favorite article on this subject is by well known EE expert TigerMatt
His EE article is here (very detailed)

If your current 2003 box is x32 you will need to use adprep32 from the R2 disk. If it is x64 you use adprep

L et us know what follow up questions you have.
