Click Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe -> OK
Type following statement and then check StorageQuota.txt file on C: drive root.

Browse All TopicsHi,
I have several hundred users on Exchange 2003 SP2.
Over time individual quotas have been manually changed (ADUC->Exchange General -> Storage Limits).
I need to run an LDAP query (I assume it would be an LDAP query) to First Name, Last Name and Storage Quota.
Could someone show me the correct command to do this please?
Also, I will need to save the results of this query into a text file.
Thanks very much,
Mike

Okay check this out to query for a single user
http://gsexdev.blogspot.co
will add a loop for all user objects and export to csv
Okay, make sure Powershell is installed.
Open notepad and paste the code below
Save the file as quota.ps1
Then Open powershell and run quota.ps1 <samaccountname>
Now you can put a * instead of a name
It will create quota.csv in the directory you run the script from
NOTE the script is read only and will not change anything, it is just an LDAP filter that queries AD and formats the output

it would appear that the storage quota is not an ad attribute (unless I missed it)
Will look @ a powershell script in the morning (UK Time)
