Hi,
We have Windows 2003 AD.
We have an issue of users having prolonged logon time in remote offices.
We have 7 AD sites.
In this we have a remote office in South Africa where we are getting this issue.
We have a global catalog & a DNS in the South Africa site but still the users get authenticated to the PDC in North America.
The remote office in South Africa is connected to the North America site through a site-to-site VPN.
1. What changes should be done in the DNS servers in South Africa to enable the users authenticated by the Global Catalog in South Africa ?
2. Should there be any changes done in AD to enable the users get authenticated by the Global Catalog in South Africa ?
If am missing any information, Please let me know.
Thanks
