How do I change the name of my active directory domain

I am operating a Windows Server 2003 based domain at a remote lab location.  The lab has been purchased by a new company and I need to change the active directory domain name in the lab.  What I am looking for is someone to walk me through the process required to accomplish this.

The lab domain includes:

System 1
   Domain controller
   DNS Server

System 2
   Backup domain controller

~20 more member systems

Hi you can use rendom.exe to accomplish this.  Further information can be found here (and a walkthrough):

You got > 20 member systems. If these are systems depending on the domain name (ie SQL based systems) you need to find out if they support a domain rename.

There are some additional steps if you got Exchange involved (Exchange 2007 don't support a domain rename).
