I just want to set centralized wallpaper through server 2003,
i have tried all the possible solutions available on the internet.
Finally it is not working,
can someone please tell me ( step wise) setting for this.
my server name is "mainserver" and it is located internally ay 192.168.1.102 .
wallpaper that i want to set is located on a shared folder in c drive with the name A.jpg
So what will be the location of the wallpaper, will it be (//192.168.1.102/share/A.j
but it is not working......

This task can easily be performed using group policy first correct your UPN path user "\\" instead of" //"
paper.bmp" and select wallpaper style.
As you needed following are the steps required to do this
1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers console
2. Right click your domain select properties
3. Go to Group Policy tab on Properties page, select default domain policy and click Edit
4. In Group policy object editor Go to location USER CONFIGURATION > ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES > DESKTOP > ACTIVE DESKTOP> key name is ACTIVE DESKTOP WALLPAPER give path like "\\192.168.1.1\shares\wall
5. logoff users and relogin again or run gpupdate on console of clients.
